  • 20slicesbaguette
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 7ozfresh goat cheese
  • ½cuppickled sweet peppers,or hot peppers, chopped, pickled
  • 2tbspchives,chopped
  • salt,to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

  2. Bake for about 8 minutes, until toasted.
