If you like buffalo wings, you will surely love these garlic parmesan wings baked into a crispy finish and tossed in an irresistible parmesan sauce.

  • 3lbschicken wings,split and tips removed
  • 2tbspflour
  • 2tbspbaking powder
  • ½tspseasoned salt
  • ½tspblack pepper

For the sauce:

  • ½cupbutter
  • ½cupparmesan cheese ,grated
  • tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspblack pepper
  • ¼tspseasoned salt
  • tsphot sauce
  • 1tbspparsley


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. Toss with flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Line a pan with foil, place a piece of parchment paper on the foil. Place wings in a single layer on a baking pan.

  4. Bake wings for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. Combine sauce ingredients. Toss with wings until well coated.
