How To Make Eggs and Potatoes

Eggs and potatoes are cooked in a skillet then finished in the oven to make a creamy and cheesy dish that will definitely fill you up for breakfast.

  • 3tbspbutter
  • lbred potatoes,chopped
  • ¼cupfresh parsley,minced
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • 1tspgarlic salt
  • tsppepper
  • 8large eggs
  • ¾cupextra sharp cheddar cheese,shredded



    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    2. In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook until tender.

    3. Stir in parsley, garlic, garlic salt and pepper.

    4. With the back of a spoon, make four wells in the potato mixture. Break two eggs and pour into each well within the potatoes.

    5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake and additional 1 to 2 minutes to melt cheese. Serve right away and ENJOY!
