
How To Make Egg White Bites
Whip up these muffin-sized egg white bites, packed with bell peppers, spinach, and cheese, for an irresistibly tasty breakfast treat!

Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2cupsegg whites
- ā cupgreek yogurt
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ¼tsponion powder
- ¼tspdried oregano
- ā tspcayenne pepper
- 1cupred bell pepper,finely chopped
- 1cupfresh spinach,finely chopped
- ½cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Generously grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

Combine the egg whites, Greek yogurt, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and cayenne in a bowl.

Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain. Mix in the red bell pepper, spinach, and Cheddar cheese.

Divide the egg mixture between the 12 muffin cups, filling until almost full.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the egg bites puff up substantially and begin to brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes; bites will deflate substantially at this time.

Run a knife around the edges and bottoms to loosen and remove from the cups. Allow to cool at room temperature.
