This simple baked dish layers the cabbage with meatballs and smothered over with rich tomato sauce.
- Chop cabbage and spread out in a large casserole dish.
Mix the rice mix and seasonings, uncooked, with the hamburger.
Form into meatballs and lay on the chopped cabbage.
