How To Make Crunchy Baked Parmesan Garlic Shrimp

Crunchy on the outside, and soft and plump on the inside, these parmesan garlic shrimp makes for a mouthwatering and buttery lunch meal!

Ingredients

  • lbraw shrimp,peeled, deveined
  • 8tbspbutter,melted, divided
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 4tbspfresh parsley,chopped, divided
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • ½cupbread crumbs
  • 4tbspparmesan cheese,grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, add the shrimp, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley and salt and pepper. Toss and pour into an oven safe dish.

  3. In a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, remaining parsley, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of shrimp. Drizzle the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter on top.

  4. Bake for about 7 minutes and broil for 1 to 2 minutes.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
