
How To Make Crunchy Baked Parmesan Garlic Shrimp
Crunchy on the outside, and soft and plump on the inside, these parmesan garlic shrimp makes for a mouthwatering and buttery lunch meal!

Ingredients
- 1½lbraw shrimp,peeled, deveined
- 8tbspbutter,melted, divided
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- 4tbspfresh parsley,chopped, divided
- salt and pepper,to taste
- ½cupbread crumbs
- 4tbspparmesan cheese,grated
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large bowl, add the shrimp, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley and salt and pepper. Toss and pour into an oven safe dish.

In a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, remaining parsley, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of shrimp. Drizzle the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter on top.

Bake for about 7 minutes and broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
