
How To Make Crispy Chicken Nuggets
Treat yourself to these crispy chicken nuggets that are baked for a healthier bite. They’re coated with 2 kinds of crumbs and seasoned with paprika.

Ingredients
- 1½lbschicken breasts,cut into 1½-inch chunks
- ⅔cupcornflake crumbs
- ⅔cupPanko bread crumbs
- 2tbspcornmeal
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tsppaprika
- 1tspseasoned salt
- 1tsppepper
- 1tbspmilk
- 1egg,beaten
- cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

Crush corn flakes into fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with Panko, cornmeal, and ½ of the seasonings.

Combine milk, beaten egg and remaining seasonings. Toss chicken the egg mixture and then dip each piece into the crumb mixture pressing the crumbs to adhere.

Place chicken on prepared pan and spray generously with cooking spray.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
