How To Make Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4smallrusset potatoesskin on
  • ¼cupparmesan cheesegrated
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 1tsponion powder
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • ½tspparsley
  • ½tspseasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Wash potatoes and cut into wedges (depending on size, 8 to 10 wedges each).

  3. Soak potato wedges in cold water at least 30 minutes. Drain and dry very well with a kitchen towel or paper towels.

  4. Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients until well coated.

  5. Place potatoes, skin side down, on a large baking pan and bake until tender and browned, about 45 to 50 minutes.
