How To Make Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken

Hear that crunch when you bite into our mouthwatering parmesan chicken! It’s baked to golden brown perfection, and made in just under an hour.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • 6chicken breast,halves
  • 3eggs,beaten
  • cupsflour
  • 2cupspanko bread crumbs
  • 1cupcornflake crumbs
  • ½cupparmesan cheese
  • tspgarlic powder
  • 2tbspparsley flakes
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½tsppepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Pound the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness.

  3. Beat the egg in a bowl, then set aside.

  4. In a separate shallow dish, combine the flour, salt and pepper.

  5. In a second dish, combine the panko bread crumbs, cornflake crumbs, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder.

  6. Dip the chicken in the flour first, then the egg, and finally in the crumb mix; pressing the crumbs to adhere.

  7. Place the chicken on a pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  8. Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray.

  9. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 to 35 min or until the juices run clear.

  10. Serve warm, and enjoy!
