How To Make Crispy Baked Chicken Breast
It will require some patience, an hour an a half to be exact, before you can enjoy this crispy baked chicken breast. But the wait is totally worth it!
- ½cupsesame oil
- 1small red onion,minced
- 6chicken breast halves,skinless boneless
- 1tspsalt,or to taste
- 1tspfreshly ground black pepper
- ½cupfresh parsley,chopped
- 1cupparmesan cheese
Pour the sesame oil into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
Mix in the garlic and red onion.
Lay the chicken breast halves in the dish, and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Uncover the chicken in the dish, and top with sliced zucchini.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the chicken during the last 15 minutes of baking.
