How To Make Crispy Baked Chicken Breast

It will require some patience, an hour an a half to be exact, before you can enjoy this crispy baked chicken breast. But the wait is totally worth it!

Preparation: 4 hours
Cooking: 2 hours
Total: 6 hours



  • ½cupsesame oil
  • 3clovesgarlic,chopped
  • 1small red onion,minced
  • 6chicken breast halves,skinless boneless
  • 1tspsalt,or to taste
  • 1tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • ½cupfresh parsley,chopped
  • 2cupszucchini,sliced
  • 1cupparmesan cheese


  1. Pour the sesame oil into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

  2. Mix in the garlic and red onion.

  3. Lay the chicken breast halves in the dish, and turn to coat.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  6. Uncover the chicken in the dish, and top with sliced zucchini.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

  9. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the chicken during the last 15 minutes of baking.
