  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Brush the chicken thighs with the olive oil mixture, coating them evenly.

  5. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until the chicken thighs are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
