Cowboy Baked Beans Recipe

This meaty recipe uses a variety of beans that is baked to perfection to achieve a perfect smoky taste. You can prepare this as a good meal for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • yellow mustard
  • can baked beans
  • bell pepper, chopped
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • rib seasoning
  • Lawrys Seasoned Salt
  • bacon crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cook ground beef until browned, add onion and cook, drain excess grease.

  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish.

  4. Add the ground beef and onions and mix well.

  5. Top with bacon crumbles.

  6. Cook for 40 to 50 minutes.
