This country scalloped potatoes recipe makes an appetizing addition to just about any meal. The starchy potatoes go perfectly in this creamy and cheesy dish, further thickening the sauce.

How To Make Country Scalloped Potatoes

  • 10 ¾ oz. Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 10 ½ oz. Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 medium potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced (about 5 cups))
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced (about 1/4 cups))
  • 2 ½ cups cooked ham (diced )
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded (about 4 oz))
  1. Stir the soup, gravy and milk in a small bowl.
  2. Layer half the potatoes, onion, ham and soup mixture in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Repeat the layering pattern with the remaining portions.

  3. Bake covered at 375°F for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 25 minutes.

  4. Top with the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.

  5. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
