How To Make Copycat Honey Baked Ham
For this ham recipe, we are recreating the famous honey baked ham by The Honey Baked Ham Company. It’s not only sweet but flavorful and savory as well.

Ingredients
- 10lbspiral ham
For Glaze:
- 1cuphoney
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- ⅓cupbutter,melted
- ¼tspground cloves
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 2tbspdijon mustard,optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Glaze:

Combine honey, butter, ground cloves, garlic powder and dijon mustard in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Honey Baked Ham:

Remove the packaging and the plastic disk from the bottom of the ham. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan, cut side down.

Bake for 13 to 16 minutes per pound until ham reaches 135 degrees F.

Once the ham reaches 135 degrees F, remove ham from the oven.

Turn the oven up to 425 degrees F. Brush the ham generously with the honey glaze.

Return to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until ham reaches 140 degrees F and glaze is browned.

Remove the ham from the oven and rest at least 15 minutes before cutting. Spoon juices over the ham before serving if desired.
