How To Make Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Bake

Surprise your family with this french toast bake for breakfast. Cinnamon raisin bread is baked with a sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon-spiced custard.

  • 8eggs,large
  • 2cupswhole milk,or evaporated milk
  • 2tbspbrown sugar,packed
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • ½tspground nutmeg
  • 1cupraisins
  • 16ozcinnamon-raisin bread,cubed


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray an 8×10-inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and raisins.

  3. Add in the bread and gently stir until custard is soaked in.

  4. Pour mixture into baking dish.

  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
