Ingredients

  • cream of chicken soup,1 can
  • ½cupsour cream
  • cupwhole milk
  • 16ozfrozen mixed vegetables
  • 1tspdried thyme
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ½tspblack pepper,coarse ground
  • 4cupschicken breast,cooked and chopped
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • 32ozfrozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, mixed vegetables, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.

  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, then top with the tater tots, lined up neatly in rows.

  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the top is browned and crispy.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
