  • 1 ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 lb. bacon, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Dip bacon slices in the brown sugar mixture to coat and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once halfway through the cooking, until dark golden brown.

  5. Allow the bacon to cool slightly before serving.
