How To Make Calico Baked Beans

Bacon and beef-loaded baked beans recipe with tangy and sweet sauce.

  • 30 oz Cheap Pork-n-Beans (or 2 cans)
  • 30 oz Great Northern beans ( or 2 cans)
  • 30 oz red kidney beans ( or 2 cans)
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned)
  • ½ lb. bacon (cooked )
  • ½ large white onion (or 1 medium white onion)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (any kind)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 6 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 shakes Louisiana Hot Sauce (or to taste)
  • garlic powder
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper ( to taste)
  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.

  2. While browning ground beef, season with garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drain grease and return to large pot.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour into a large baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
