Chicken taquitos smothered in a rich buffalo-flavored sauce will definitely be a new family favorite, with their savory-cheesy flavors and crisp crust.

  • 2cupschicken,cooked, shredded
  • 4ozcream cheese,softened
  • 2tbspbuffalo sauce
  • ½cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • ¼cupblue cheese,crumbled
  • 10flour tortillas,fajita-sized


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray, then set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Fold in the cheddar cheese, and mix until combined. Wrap the tortillas in a towel and warm them in the microwave for 45 seconds, or until soft and pliable.

  3. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of chicken filling into the center of each tortilla, then sprinkle with the blue cheese. Roll the tortillas up and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Spray the rolled up tortillas with cooking spray and bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp. Serve warm.
