How To Make Biscuits and Gravy Bake

An extra thick layer of gravy with lots of cheese, sausage, and scrambled egg makes this biscuits and gravy bake a delectably filling meal!

Total: 45 minutes



  • 12ozbiscuit,(1 tube), refrigerated
  • 6eggs
  • ½cupmilk
  • ½tsppepper
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1lbsausage,cooked
  • 1cupcheese,shredded

For Gravy:

  • 4tbspbutter
  • 4tbspflour
  • salt,to taste
  • pepper,to taste
  • 2cupsmilk


  1. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Set aside.

  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, and slowly add the milk. Increase to medium-high, bring to a simmer, stirring until gravy is thickened.

  4. In a greased 9×13-inch glass baking dish, layer the biscuits, sausage, cheese, egg mixture, and gravy.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 to 45 minutes, until the eggs on the bottom are cooked.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
