How To Make Biscuits and Gravy Bake
An extra thick layer of gravy with lots of cheese, sausage, and scrambled egg makes this biscuits and gravy bake a delectably filling meal!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 12ozbiscuit,(1 tube), refrigerated
- 6eggs
- ½cupmilk
- ½tsppepper
- ½tspsalt
- 1lbsausage,cooked
- 1cupcheese,shredded
For Gravy:
- 4tbspbutter
- 4tbspflour
- salt,to taste
- pepper,to taste
- 2cupsmilk
Instructions

Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Set aside.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, and slowly add the milk. Increase to medium-high, bring to a simmer, stirring until gravy is thickened.

In a greased 9×13-inch glass baking dish, layer the biscuits, sausage, cheese, egg mixture, and gravy.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 to 45 minutes, until the eggs on the bottom are cooked.
