  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Poke with a fork about 3-4 times on each side.

  3. Rub the skin with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting open.
