Ingredients

  • ½cupolive oil
  • tbsplemon juice,fresh, or more to taste
  • 5garlic cloves,minced or pressed
  • 1tbspbrown sugar
  • 1tspdried oregano
  • 1tspdried thyme
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
  • 1tspolive oil
  • 3lbssalmon fillet
  • ¼cupfresh parsley,chopped
  • 1lemon,sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Combine ½ cup of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil, skin-side down. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture.

  4. Fold up the edges of the foil over the salmon to create a packet, making sure to seal the edges.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, serve, and enjoy!
