
How To Make Baked Salmon in Foil

Ingredients
- ½cupolive oil
- 2½tbsplemon juice,fresh, or more to taste
- 5garlic cloves,minced or pressed
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- 1tspdried oregano
- 1tspdried thyme
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
- 1tspolive oil
- 3lbssalmon fillet
- ¼cupfresh parsley,chopped
- 1lemon,sliced

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine ½ cup of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil, skin-side down. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture.

Fold up the edges of the foil over the salmon to create a packet, making sure to seal the edges.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
