How To Make Baked Peanut Chicken

Juicy chicken thighs are coated with a mix of roasted peanuts and herb seasoning, then tossed in the oven for an crunchy, baked peanut chicken.

  • ½cupsalted peanuts,crushed, dry roasted
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • ½tsponion powder
  • 1tspherb seasoning blend,salt-free
  • 6chicken thighs,skinned
  • ½cupbutter,melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the peanuts, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt-free herb seasoning blend.

  3. Dip the chicken thighs in the melted butter, then press into the peanuts to coat. Arrange on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken juices run clear.
