  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, orange zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken, making sure to coat each breast evenly.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
