  • ¼cuphoney
  • 3tbspsoy sauce
  • 1lime,zested and juiced
  • 5chicken thighs,bone in and skin on


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Add the chicken, honey, soy sauce, and lime to a bowl or plastic bag, then mix well.

  3. In a large cast iron or oven ready skillet, add the chicken on medium high heat.

  4. Brown the chicken with the skin side down for 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Flip the chicken over so the skin side is up. Baste on the remaining marinade.

  6. Roast the chicken in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
