Ingredients
- 1cupflour
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspblack pepper,coarse ground
- ½tsppaprika
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 2large eggs
- 1cuppanko bread crumbs
- 1cupbread crumbs
- 1lbcod fillets,cut into 1-inch strips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix the flour with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder in a bowl.

Beat the eggs in a second bowl.

Mix the panko and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

Coat the fish in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, then the breadcrumbs.

Transfer the battered fish on a baking sheet, then spray them with vegetable oil spray.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until browned.
