Baked Fish Sticks Recipe

How To Make Baked Fish Sticks

Try baking a tasteful serving of these crispy, baked fish sticks for your next afternoon snack! They’re well-seasoned, and takes only 20 minutes to make.

Total: 20 minutes



  • 1cupflour
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ½tspblack pepper,coarse ground
  • ½tsppaprika
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • 2large eggs
  • 1cuppanko bread crumbs
  • 1cupbread crumbs
  • 1lbcod fillets,cut into 1-inch strips


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix the flour with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder in a bowl.

  3. Beat the eggs in a second bowl.

  4. Mix the panko and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

  5. Coat the fish in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, then the breadcrumbs.

  6. Transfer the battered fish on a baking sheet, then spray them with vegetable oil spray.

  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until browned.

  8. Serve warm, and enjoy!
