Baked Corn on the Cob Recipe

How To Make Baked Corn on the Cob

A big dinner wouldn’t be complete without a savory baked corn! Serve these on the cob and slathered with butter for a hearty side dish.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 30 minutes



  • 4corn on the cob earshusked
  • 2tbspbuttermelted
  • ½cupwater
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Brush the corn with melted butter.

  3. Place the corn in a 2-quart baking dish.

  4. Add water, then cover with foil.

  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

  6. Toss the corn with butter and salt and pepper.

  7. Serve, and enjoy!
