Ingredients
- 1cupplain yogurt
- ½tbspred chili powder
- ½tbspground coriander
- ½tbspground cumin
- 1tspground tumeric
- ½tspgaram masala
- 2tbsplemon juice
- ½tspfenugreek leaves,dried
- 1bunchfresh cilantro stem,crushed
- ½tbspsalt
- 1½tbspginger-garlic paste
- 2red food colorings
- 4chicken leg quarters,cut into two

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except chicken.
