Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Dip each chicken wing into the flour mixture, coating evenly.

  4. Place the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.

  6. Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the buffalo sauce mixture.

  7. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
