How To Make Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4lbchicken wings
- 3tbspcooking oil
- 4garlic cloves
- 1¾tspsalt
- 1½tspcayenne
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 1cupsour cream
- ¼lbblue cheese
- 2scallions,green tops included
- 5tspvinegar
- ¼tspfresh ground black pepper
- ¼cupketchup
- 1tbsptabasco sauce
- 8celery ribs
Instructions

Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the wings, oil, garlic, 1½ teaspoons of salt, and cayenne.

Arrange the wings in a single layer on two large baking sheets.

Bake for about 25 minutes until just done.

In a medium glass or stainless-steel bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, scallions, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, remaining ¼ teaspoon of salt, and black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the ketchup, the remaining 4 teaspoons of vinegar, and Tabasco sauce. Add the wings and toss to coat.
