How To Make Bacon Cheeseburger Cups
Make some bite-sized bacon cheeseburger with this recipe! These burger cups are made with bacon and ground beef on baked biscuits.

Ingredients
- 1lbground beef,(85/15)
- 1tbspWorchestershire sauce
- ½tspcoarse ground black pepper
- 1tspkosher salt
- ⅓cupbacon,cooked and crumbled
- 12slicesAmerican cheese,chopped
- 6ozrefrigerated biscuits,(2 cans, 10 total biscuits)
- ¼cupketchup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Add beef, salt, and pepper to a large skillet on high heat, crumbling the beef while cooking for 6 to 8 minutes.

Stir in the Worchestershire sauce and turn off the heat to let cool for 5 minutes.

Split each biscuit into two layers, making 20 total biscuit rounds.

Spray muffin tin with baking spray, then lightly press in the biscuit rounds.

When the beef has cooled mix it with the cheese and bacon, then spoon it into the muffin tins on the biscuit dough.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.

Serve with just a bit of ketchup on top of each bite.
