  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and salsa until well combined.

  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.

  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olives evenly over the cream cheese mixture.

  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and secure with toothpicks.

  5. Slice the tortilla rollups into bite-sized pieces.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
