- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Peel and slice the bananas lengthwise or into rounds.

In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water to the flour mixture and whisk until a smooth batter forms.

Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.

Dip each banana slice into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated, and carefully place it into the hot oil.

Fry the banana fritters until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Repeat the process with the remaining banana slices.

Serve the Pisang Goreng hot, dusted with powdered sugar.
