Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • Salsa, guacamole, and sour cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in an even layer.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the refried beans over medium heat until warmed through.

  4. Drizzle the warmed refried beans evenly over the tortilla chips.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beans and chips.

  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, black olives, and cilantro.

  8. Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side.
