  • 1 small watermelon
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Assorted fresh fruits (such as berries, kiwi, and mango) for topping

Instructions

  1. Cut off the top and bottom of the watermelon to create a flat surface.

  2. Stand the watermelon upright and carefully slice off the rind, leaving only the round watermelon “cake” shape.

  3. Pat the watermelon dry with a paper towel.

  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream evenly over the watermelon.

  5. Decorate the watermelon cake with assorted fresh fruits on top.

  6. Slice and serve chilled.
