  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.

  3. Add the shredded cheese and cooked sausage to the bowl. Mix well.

  4. Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

  5. Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
