Ingredients

  • 24 escargot shells
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Rinse and clean the escargot shells thoroughly. Set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  4. Spoon a small amount of the herb butter mixture into each escargot shell.

  5. Place the filled shells on a baking sheet and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the butter is melted and bubbly.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
