Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Stuff each bell pepper with the cream cheese and sausage mixture, pressing it down gently.

  4. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through and slightly golden on top.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve as an appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
