Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the spinach balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
