- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry.

Sprinkle the crumbled sausage, chopped green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese.

Starting from one end, roll the pastry tightly into a log.

Slice the log into 1/2 inch thick pinwheels.

Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
