Ingredients

  • 2 cans (400g each) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown, shaking the pan halfway through.

  5. Remove from the oven and let the roasted chickpeas cool for a few minutes before serving.
