How To Make Nutella Roll Up Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Nutella, for filling
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.

Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter into a thin, round pancake shape.

Cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Remove the cooked pancake from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.

Once all the pancakes are cooked, spread a generous amount of Nutella onto each pancake.

Roll up the pancake tightly and place seam side down on a serving plate.

Repeat with the remaining pancakes and Nutella.

Slice the Nutella roll ups into bite-sized pieces and serve.
