  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined.

  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, diced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the greased muffin tin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
