Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, instant coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined and smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

  3. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  4. Once frozen, remove the terrine from the pan and slice into desired servings.

  5. Serve the iced choca-mocha terrine chilled and enjoy!
