  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp furikake seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice cereal, pretzel sticks, and roasted almonds.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and soy sauce.

  4. Pour the butter mixture over the snack mix and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Sprinkle the furikake seasoning over the mix and toss again to distribute the seasoning.

  6. Spread the snack mix in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the mix is golden and crispy.
