How To Make Crispy Parmesan-Crusted Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are well coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
