Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 200g gravadlax, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Add the thinly sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss gently to coat them with the creamy dressing.

  3. Take a serving plate and arrange the sliced gravadlax on it.

  4. Place the dressed cucumber slices on top of the gravadlax.

  5. Garnish with some extra dill and serve chilled.
