How To Make Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup jumbo lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, green onion, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the crab mixture into the mushroom caps, filling each cap generously. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
