How To Make Crab Rangoon

Ingredients
- 8 oz crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers
- oil, for frying

In a bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

In a deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the crab rangoons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
