Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the crust.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the tomatoes.

Season with salt, pepper, chopped basil, and thyme.
