  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

  3. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the crust.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the tomatoes.

  5. Season with salt, pepper, chopped basil, and thyme.

  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top.

  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
